Order Times

All NicCoCo Creation pieces are Made to Order and the average creation time is 2-3 weeks- depending on the size of order and stock of supplies. This does not include shipping dates. If an item is not available, we will email you to inform you and you can either replace it with another item or wait until that piece is back in stock.

Shop Hours

We check emails and create orders Monday-Friday 8-10pm and weekends 9am-4pm.

Shipping Policy

All order are shipped via USPS First Class Mail which comes with a free tracking number. First Class Mail is 2-5 days. Priority Mail: is available upon request for an additional $3.00 US Customers Only- Priority Mail is 2-3 days. Please note this does NOT rush the creation time, just faster shipping.

Expedited Service

I can sometimes rush an order but there will be an additional 20% fee of the product total and a additional charge for Priority Mail. Please be specific when asking for expedited Service.

Refunds & Exchanges

All items are Made to Order and are FINAL SALE. If you are trying to match a color, it is your responsibility to make sure the colors will work for your outfit. We want to make your experience with NicCoCo Creations special and will work with you via email/ colors and photos to create the perfect piece.
