Luxurious black tulle saucer hat with braid trim, satin ribbon edging all hand sewn. 
Size of the hat is approximately 15" x 15".
One size fits all. This hat can be worn on either side of the head.
All decoration are hand sewn with a strong metal comb to secure the hat on your head.  A headband or hat elastic are alternative options please message me.
